These guys went above and beyond to look after my old Honda and get it ready for a drive across the country. Didn't try to pressure me into doing un-necessary repairs, and were very open and honest about the state of my car. Their diagnosis on issues was very thorough, and they fixed many small issues that were able to be completed at short notice. Staff were very personable and friendly. Absolute terrible dealing with this place! had some engine damage that was caused by them on purpose to get more money. DO NOT GO HERE!

Way better than actual merc dealership … used to get service at west point star Mercedes and they were so arrogant and expensive… this place in Balcatta is way better !!!!

Evan at Head Exchange provided great advice on a range of issues around our seized motor, he went out of his way to explain the options available to us, communicated consistently and honestly and helped link other professional services to complete the cycle to rectify our dilemma. The new motor runs perfectly and if you are considering using Head Exchange, my advice is JUST DO IT.

Cannot recommend highly enough! After having trouble starting the car I went straight to Michael (recommended by a local). As a young woman and a traveller a long way from home, it can be daunting going to the mechanics. Despite been incredibly busy leading up to Easter Michael made time to diagnose the problem and booked us in the next day for urgent repairs. Our car is also our home on wheels and Michael was very understanding and made sure we got it back the same day. Even though he was busy he still took the time to talk us through the problems and solutions. We look forward to returning to his workshop for our routine service.

Took my life savings in the other week to get my intake manifold cleaned and injectors replaced on my LC 120. Very happy with the customer service, mechanical maintenance and the warranty it comes with. Will definitely be coming back for any future repairs that need to be done!
